Nate Zupan is a Principal at Francisco Partners. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2022. He currently serves on the boards of Elite, Paradigm, Perforce, and The Weather Company. He also previously served on the board of SourceScrub.

Nate has a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College as well as a MBA from Stanford GSB.

He previously worked at Warburg Pincus and Deutsche Bank.
