Katie Barker is a Vice President, Legal M&A at Francisco Partners. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2026.

Katie has a LLB (Hons) law degree from the University of Chester and completed the LPC with an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law, Manchester.

She previously spent a number of years in the private equity teams at Clifford Chance and Skadden Arps.
