Kathleen O'Donnell serves as the European Counsel at Francisco Partners. Based in London, she joined the firm in 2011.

Kathleen has LLB (Hons) Law and LPC degrees from Guildford College of Law.

Previously Kathleen worked as a partner in the Finance Group at Dechert LLP and Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG).
