Carolyn McCarthy is a Senior Operating Partner at FPO. Based out of Austin, Texas, she joined FPO in 2025.

Prior to joining FPO, Carolyn worked as the CFO and COO of Quest Software and One Identity. Prior to her role at Quest Software, she was the CFO of Dell’s Software Group. During her 17 years with Dell Technologies, she held multiple CFO roles. She also held various finance roles in Corporate Development in PepsiCo’s portfolio and at Electronic Data Systems.

She has a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
