Mr. Deb is a Founding Partner and the Managing Partner of Francisco Partners. Mr. Deb serves on the board of directors of Numonyx and SMART Modular Technologies (SMOD). He is a former director of AMI Semiconductor (AMIS), CBA Group, Legerity, MagnaChip, Metrologic, NPTest/Credence (CMOS), Ultra Clean Technology (UCTT), Conexant (CNXT), Globespan, and ON Semiconductor (ONNN). Prior to founding Francisco Partners in August 1999, Mr. Deb was a principal with TPG. Earlier in his career, Mr. Deb was director of semiconductor banking at Robertson Stephens & Company and a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
