Mr. Stanton is a special advisor to Francisco Partners. Mr. Stanton was a founding partner of Francisco Partners. Prior to founding Francisco Partners, Mr. Stanton led the technology investing activities of TPG from 1994 until August 1999. Prior to joining TPG, he was a venture capitalist with Trinity Ventures, which specializes in investments in information technology, software and telecommunications companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Stanton was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company.

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University
• Pursued Ph.D. studies in Materials Science at Northwestern University where he was a Cabell Fellow
